I would have to say after reading those passages that he was "Full Diety". Especially the last passage MAT 24:36 and 37 "But of that day and hour knoweth no [man], no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.""But as the days of Noe [were], so shall also the coming of the Son of man be."I think these two give full a definition of the fact that he 1) knew who he was and 2) was full diety.
